Leading Labels was created in 1988 by Christopher Lockwood and his business partner David Gummery and today it is a thriving Company employing over 200 people.
Although Leading Labels has steadily grown over the years it is a close knit organisation with the Directors regularly visiting stores ensuring they know all members of staff.
Our Head Office, with 20 employees, is in York and supports our 18 stores across the UK and Southern Ireland, each store employees between 6 and 16 members of staff.
Leading Labels prides itself on being a friendly Company and although Head Office and the stores are spread over a wide geographic area there is regular contact on a daily basis.
Store Managers at each location with the help of their team are responsible for driving the business forward.
The Directors accept that the most important part of the business are the employees who all contribute in their different ways to the continued success of the Company.
