Please read this Privacy Notice. It relates to how Leading Labels Limited (”us” / “we” / “our”) will hold and process the information you provide to us when you sign to register for our Privilege Card (“data”) and your rights in relation to that data.

We are a data controller of your data. We are required under data protection legislation to notify you of the information contained in this privacy notice. We have a duty to keep your data secure and maintain your confidentiality and we will do so.

Please note that this privacy notice only relates to the data you provide to us when you sign to register as a privilege card holder. It does not relate to other types of data we obtain and process for any other reason or from elsewhere.

1. Lawful basis and purpose

The data you provide to us when signing to be a privilege card holder is held by us on the lawful basis that you consent to our holding that data.

We will use the data provided to us for the purpose of providing you with information on any special offers or promotions, sales, discounts, incentives, competitions, events that we are holding (either alone or in conjunction with a third party) and general marketing of our goods (“notifications”).

The data that we will hold about you for this purpose is limited to your name, address, and email address. We may use any part of the data to contact you from time to time for the purpose. The data will be held by us on our computer database only. It will not be held or stored anywhere outside the United Kingdom.

2. Withdrawing your consent

You can withdraw your consent for us to hold your data at any time. If you wish to withdraw consent you can either write to us at our address given above, telephone us on 01904 782829, or email us at . If we send you an email, we will give you an option to withdraw your consent by replying to that email.

We keep the record of your data by reference to the Privilege Card number you are given. It is easier for us to ensure that your wishes are respected if you tell us your Privilege Card number when you contact us to withdraw your consent although this is not compulsory.

If you withdraw your consent, then we will erase your data and you will not receive further notifications from us.

3. Sharing the data

Your data may be shared with a third party for the purpose of postal marketing upon our behalf. We have written agreements in place with those third parties which protect the use of your data and which provide that your data is not retained by them. Your data will not otherwise be shared with any other third party without your consent.

4. Retention of data

We will retain the data indefinitely unless and until such time as you withdraw your consent for us to do so.

5. Automated processing

We do not deal with the automated processing of data.

6. Your rights

(1) We are obliged to ensure that the data we hold is correct. You have the right to ask for the data to be rectified if it is not and we will then take appropriate action to do so.

(2) To have your data erased (see Withdrawing your consent above).

(3) To object to the processing of your data for all or any of the purposes which we hold it.

(4) To seek confirmation of the fact that we are processing your data, to ask what that data comprises, and also to ask for copies of your data.

7. How to exercise your rights

8. If you have cause for complaint
