Delivery Charges

We deliver exclusively to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.  This does not currently include the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, Shetland Islands and the Orkney Islands. It also does not include the Republic of Ireland or any addresses that do not have a valid UK postcode.

Delivery times indicated consider only working days Monday - Friday.  Delays may be incurred during public holidays and factors outside of Leading Labels control. The table below shows delivery lead time and pricing:

All orders are shipped via DPD (UK) Express parcel delivery, two day tracked. You can track your order with the tracking number given on your 'order dispatched e-mail' here: DPD Website. Goods will be insured during the time they are in transit up until they are delivered to you. Unless we specify otherwise a signature is required for any goods delivered and DPD will normally contact a customer with a delivery time via SMS if a mobile telephone number is provided. Once an order has been dispatched alternative delivery arrangements can be be made by contacting DPD directly (additional charges from DPD may apply). Once delivered responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you nominate a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you acknowledge that acceptance by them (whether at or not at the delivery address) is evidence of delivery and order fulfilment by Leading Labels.

DPD (UK) aim to deliver to addresses in urban areas by 4pm every working day and addresses in rural areas by 5pm every working day (exceptions are made for remote areas with limited transport links such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland). Where a mobile number or e-mail address has been provided DPD (UK) will inform the customer of the time and date of delivery with a one hour time slot. DPD (UK) try to meet these times wherever possible, there may be slight delays in some extreme circumstances, e.g. traffic delays or adverse weather conditions.  Leading Labels cannot be held responsible for late delivery or any items and no compensation is payable.

Please note that any orders placed over bank holiday periods will not be processed until the next working day.

We advise that all customers check items thoroughly on receipt of goods, prior to removing and disposing of labels and original packaging. 

International and European orders

Leading Labels cannot process orders from outside the UK; even if the website appears to process an order any International and European orders from outside the UK will not be accepted.
