LEADING LABELS IN STORE RETURNS POLICY

Leading Labels Merchandise Maybe Returned Within 14 Days from The Date of Purchase. (Subject to Terms and Conditions)

• • We allow 14 days from the date of purchase for items to be returned for a refund, exchange, or a credit note.
  • Merchandise must be in its new & unused condition, in its original packaging, with all tags attached and not altered, resized, or damaged.
  • Full Refunds apply to products which were full price at the point of purchase.
  • Sale, promotional items & reduced product can only be returned for an Exchange or a Credit note, (please note. Credit notes have an expiry date of 30 calendar days).
  • Concession products should be returned to the store they were purchased from.
  • This Policy Excludes Underwear, Swimwear, Socks, Jewellery, Fragrances & Sunglasses, (These are Considered Hygiene Products), These are non-Returnable.

Proof of Purchase is always needed for a Full Refund, Exchange or a Credit Note. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
